It has been 8 days since I relaxed, so yesterday I was 1 week post and it was full time for a shampoo wash. What I did:
- Deep conditioned with Elasta QP DPR-11 (moisture) for 3 hours- I previously did 2 protein treatments within 1 week so I felt it was time for a moisture DC to balance
- Shampooed with Elasta QP Creme Conditioning Shampoo
- Detangled with a wide tooth comb and applied Herbal Essences Beautiful Ends (LTR)
- Set my hair for a braidout (10 plaits with perm rods), air dried for 2 more hours then put my satin bonnet on
