30 Day Challenge- Day 8- What You Ate Today
Oh dear. Here goes:
-Breakfast
Crunchy nut cornflakes with warm skimmed milk
2 Apples
-Lunch
1 packet of low fat paprika cut crisps
Noodles with chopped bacon
-Dinner
Prawns with white rice
Warm muller rice with a spoonful of jam
