30 Day Challenge- Day 8- What You Ate Today

Oh dear. Here goes:
-Breakfast
  • Crunchy nut cornflakes with warm skimmed milk
  • 2 Apples
-Lunch
  • 1 packet of low fat paprika cut crisps
  • Noodles with chopped bacon
-Dinner
  • Prawns with white rice
  • Warm muller rice with a spoonful of jam
