I just don't know what to do with my hair when I take these braids out. Here is what I'm currently dealing with:
Yep, not pretty they have got so frizzy and I think it's because I go to the gym 2-3x a week. Soo my thing with hair is I cannot just keep one style. I get soo bored! That's why I love the versatility of wigs. I have one wig left now and it is this one (I sold the other 2 I had). It's kind of nice because I feel like I can start a fresh. Here are my options:
1) Natural- wear hairstyles like this
2) Make a full closure wig with Virgin Brazilian Straight hair like here
3) Make a U part wig with Kinky Straight hair (easy to blend) like here (hair is $300 eek!)
4) Make a U part wig with Afro curly hair (easy to blend) or kinky curly hair from here (hair is $300 eek!)
Hi there! Greetings from Seattle...I'm loving the blog.
ReplyDeleteok, so I know that it's not my business but PLEASE DON'T waste your $300 making a u part wig. I love a good wig as much as the next naturalista, but u part wigs are tricky because u have to blend the textures and u must must manipulate your own hair quite a bit to do so.
Ive been transitioning for 17 months (it feels like forever) and my hair has grown healthy and strong with lacefronts. Minimal manipulation and fairly decent price for a human hair wig.
anyway, best of luck! Happy growing.
Hi, I totally agree I tried to make a U part wig with my Kinky Curly Yaki hair and it did not blend at all. I made a no closure wig and it's perfect!
