Okay so I'm back!

I am still transitioning, just had a bit of a "whatamigonnadowithmyhair" moment!
After visiting blogs such as:
the natural haven
hairinspiration (naturalbelle)
urbanbushbabes
And the ever so wonderful Hairlista
I was back on my transitioning journey, I'm 11 weeks post so only got 11.5 months left. I saw this little curl yesterday in my hair and was definitely back on my journey to natural hair!
I am going to installmicro braids when I am not wearing my braids these will be my transitioning styles:

I am trying to minimise heat on my hair, but I couldn't resist blow drying it this week, I was fed up of air drying:
(Side View)- looks healthy to me of course I used my heat protectant beforehand, not much breakage so far, detangling my hair when wet 2x week after washing is definitely working for me!
10 weeks post new growth, suprisingly manageable:

My weekend plans for my hair are to wear clip-ins in a protective style like so, 3 easy steps:
1) Section off the front of the hair as my leave-out hair, flat iron or Caruso roller set. French braid the bottom half of the hair
2) Apply your clip-ins over the bottom section

 3) Brush clip-ins and leave out hair to blend, style as desired:

Saran Wrap Using Caruso Rollers

I got this idea of youtube, instead of wet roller-setting I used my Caruso rollers (the largest ones, red colour) after I moisturised and sealed. Rollers out:

My roots were a little dry from the steam so I had to moisturise again. I then wrapped my hair and then put saran wrap over my hair and sat under my hooded dryer for 10 minutes. I then brushed my hair out surprisingly it worked and I will be doing this again, it definitely had that swing and felt almost like I just left a hairdresser.

I need to improve my picture-taking, digital camera shots coming soon :)

Caruso Roller Set

Okay so I got my Caruso Roller set (bargain £18 from Ebay) and it creates curls using steam, so it is not direct heat, does not damage the hair and can be basically used everyday. So here are my tools:
(L-R): Carrot oil (which I seal with), Elasta QP design silk spray (heat protector/holding spray), wide tooth comb, Caruso steamer (the rollers are placed on top) and Elasta QP mango butter moisturiser.

The Caruso steamer came with rollers of 4 different sizes. I used the jumbo rollers:

Sorry, about the pictures I can't rotate them :/
I then tried the smaller rollers:

These curls actually lasted 24 hours, so I am pleased with the results. I left the rollers in for about 20 minutes and then took them out. Definitely a great/quick way to curl your hair especially as it doesn't use heat or doesn't involve you sitting under the dryer for hours. I'm pleased with my Caruso.
